SFS Management Contracting’s Tender Process is a flexible yet proactive and structured procedure. When carried out properly it provides the materials for your project at the best possible value for money. It’s also used to employ your workforce based on rated quality, to transform your ideas into a finished home.
We take all the relevant information collated from preparing schedules of work and the costing exercise. Using this information we create trade-based work packages. If you take a look at our Schedule of Works Slide Show you will see how we achieve this.
We then add a project-specific set of terms and conditions to form the Tender Packages. The packages are sent out to assessed tradesmen and suppliers along with a reference to the form of contract we will be using.
Once we have evaluated the completed tenders, we can make suitable choices based on both quality and price. In this way we obtain the best value for money and the best quality contractors and materials for your project.
Our motivation is in providing you with the best possible service to procure materials and a quality build team for your project. We accept no financial benefits from any suppliers or trade contractors. 
The following is an broad description of how we carry out the Tender Process. Why we think this system is better and how it helps to form a cohesive team in the construction phase. Again though, it is pretty long winded so maybe best read at bedtime!
